Jim O'Leary - Founder

Jim has been a retained executive recruiter for over 20 years, working with regional businesses to find and attract senior executives to build high impact teams. As a fixture within the Pacific Northwest, Jim has partnered with CEOs and boards to build exceptional companies ranging from venture-backed startups to large publicly-traded firms in a broad spectrum of industries.


Jim has a long history of leadership and community support, serving with organizations such as the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) where he chaired the region’s annual awards dinner, participated on the Angel Oregon and Seed Oregon committees, and created OEN's Gazelle Program, which helped mentor CEOs of $3-30M companies by pairing them with CEOs of larger businesses. Jim also has a passion for governance and co-created AeA/TechAmerica’s Board of Directors Educational Series.


Jim is married with a daughter and enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest fishing its rivers or off the coast of Oregon.
